Return
Of course we hope that you are completely happy, but if you still want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. To do so, follow the steps below.Â
Refund
We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs and any original shipping costs) to you within 14 days after receipt of the return. We will refund that in the same way as you paid. Can't do this? Then we will contact you.Â
Costs for returningÂ
Capsport is still a young and small company. As a result, we cannot yet bear the costs for return shipments. We ask for your understanding. Is something damaged, incorrectly delivered or do you want to exchange? Let us know when registering and we will of course take care of all costs.Â

PackagingÂ

- Place the products in their original condition and packaging.Â
- Place the packing slip with the products in the packaging.
Dispatch
- Hand in the package to a postal carrier of your choice. Here you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep this well until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent. In case of loss during transport, it can be requested.Â
